Device upload download very Slow MAX SPEED 2 MB

I store many MP3 spoken audio files on the stick to free up space on my iPhone. The media player does not remember where the files left off and it starts from the beginning each time. It would not be a big problem but the media player does not allow you FF or scrub through the audio files. I hope this can be fixed.

This device and app combo make for amazing companions. From carrying around and accessing my own videos to backing up documents, the SanDisk Connect has been my go-to device and app.

As far as Im concerned, complete waste of time and MONEY! Bought the 200gb Connect wireless drive and the app continuously crashes. I back up 0 - 10 photos and the app crashes, sometimes crashes as soon as I go to choose a folder. SAN DISK fix this app or Im asking for a refund on my drive. What a TOTAL disappointment!

I want to love this device, but it is still useless because it constantly crashes while backing up my pics. Frustrating.

Just did the update, but it doesnt seem to help. Crashes at every attempt to add anything (+). Stalls and wont finish the camera backup and doesnt remove the photos on my phone

But Apple does not allow 1 star. How is this app getting 3.5 stars when only one review has more than 3.5 stars! Backups lock up. App freezes, iPhone photos dont delete. Nothing this app promises occurs. Hopefully Amazon will iss a refund.

This wireless stick is very amazing, but the app could use an update. The app UI could use some updates, and the media player just looks horrible. I would give this app a five star review if the media player was better. Also the only thing you can do with the media player is pause and start... Can we add for more buttons or settings please?

Great app, great features just wish it were more consistent when connecting to it over my local network. Overall Im happy with this app and the Sandisk wifi flash drive.

Before update it took about 10 minutes to unload a file with 1 GB in size , now i could last half an hour and still it doesnt not complete uploading !!!!!! FIX please

But if connect drive improve faster It would be great

If u have iOS 8 or less dont bother it wont work Useless. I am returning the stick.

Every 5 minutes the App crashes (iPad and iPhone) while watching video playing from the device. To add insult to injury, when you relaunch the app, you are back at the main menu, have to navigate back to the content you were viewing and then try to find where you were at. Also annoying is the poor interface with no handle for the playback head, no preview while dragging the playback location, and no buttons to jump back or ahead in short increments. Very poorly thought out app with buggy implementation to boot.

I love my scan drive. The wifi function with my iPhone is fantastic and exactly what I need. Ive never had issues with the app. Sometimes people dont update their phones but Im just guessing.

A very handy gizmo, but the app leaves a lot to be desired.

I love being able to backup the pictures from my phone onto this flash drive while I am out traveling and away from a computer. It gives me an extra sense of security that my pictures wont be lost if something happens to my phone while Im traveling. The app can be a bit clunky sometimes, but the auto camera roll backup has worked great for me. Its also great for sharing pictures with other people since it is also a flash drive that can be connected to any computer.

But I have problem to direct access my files from my Windows 10 desktop computer through direct USB hook up. Hope there is a solution for it!

First off let me say the device works really well once I found the app. I went into the App Store and did a search and couldnt find it. So the negative might just be user error. Once I found and installed the app it works great. Video flows well and the extra 128gb saves a ton of space and could save money by buying a device with less storage and just use the connect. Dont know how long the power stays charged but so far so good

Had a little difficuty getting it connected for the first time. Indicator lights are confusing as is sequence of connecting to WiFi and computer.
