Connect Drive App Reviews

I recently purchased this Sandisk wireless disk 32GB on Amazon. I tried to upload my photos. When the upload is still in process and when is phone is locked, I tried to open the app but the app keeps crashing. I believe after 100 photos the app crashes and doesnt open even after trying mulitple times. I dont what the reason is but if this cannot be fixed then I think I made a mistake purchasing this

I bought the San disk connect usb and connected it. It works pretty good, except sometimes it crashes and shuts down. Overall, I am really glad I invested

The latest update on March 5, 2016 causes crashes. DO NOT UPDATE! There is no way to keep the App open. SanDisk, please fix it ASAP! I cannot access my content.

Playing any video or music or accessing any document on the drive actually copies it to the app "Document and Data" section. This is never cleared and very soon iPhone free space is used up. This problem defeats the very purpose of using an external storage . App needs to be deleted in order to clear space used up by"Document and Storage" section.

Dont waste your time as you will be returning the stick to the retailer. Cant wirelessly transfer photos. It doesnt even recognize them on my phone.

Started crashing as soon as I started uploading and now doesnt work.

The app and stick is some straight bull

Ive had the Sandisk for one day and the app keeps crashing. When I go to "camera roll backup" it causes the app to crash. Ive deleted and reinstalled..many times...updated the firmware, restated my phone. All with no good outcome. I will be sending this back if its not addressed.

When it works its pretty cool. Unfortunately I can only transfer files on wifi. Still no luck with pictures on wifi or not. Transfer just sits on first pic at .3 of 100 mb. I can wait minutes or an hour its all the same. Selecting back up camera roll causes the app to crash. All of these items seem correctable as they are software problems. Question is, is SanDisk paying attention to the feedback and if so will there be an update.

The other reviews pretty much give you the gist of this app so I wont go into too much detail on its layout. Connecting to the drive, pretty straightforward although the connection at time seems "flimsy" Video playback (for me the major but not only use of this drive) - does not support audio for Matroska files so thats a bummer but not a deal breaker. Its not the smoothest video player but it gets the job done. However to date I have not been able to watch a single video to conclusion as the app continues to crash regularly. Downloading and trying to open on another installed player ... This is where things get even less pleasant. Downloading takes an enormously long time and usually fails due to app crashing. All in all, this is something sorely needed for the phones without a medium to transfer outside of itunes and it works for sharing files between multiple users, the app itself is unstable and prone to crashes. Ill post a more comprehensive review once I use this app/stick more.

Best thing since peanut butter and jelly!

App crashes in photo sync. It get 2 photos in and crashes. Ive upgraded the firmware and reloaded the app multiple times. Please fix this otherwise I have an expensive flash drive

When I put my phone on sleep and reopen the app, it shuts out the PowerPoint that was opened. Please fix that feature.

This device works great for backing up iPhone or iPad contacts and photos. It will even clear photos from the iPad or iPhone to create more space. Perfect for a lengthy trip or to gather photos from multiple devices to share with everyone.

I love it. I would love to know how much charge and use time are still available and I presume that is asking to much.

Really like the SanDisk connect drive. Go to it for a great price. App works well. Love the camera roll auto backup. Only problem is I connect the stick to my work or home wifi to keep internet access and then after turning off the stock and go to use it the next day, it wont connect to my home or office wifi. Have to connect directly from my iPhone or iPad. A pain but not a deal breaker.
